Flavor Infusion is proud to announce the development of a new line of superior natural masking agents. Philip Barone, VP of Flavor Development, led his team in using proprietary methods and ingredients. Each of the different masking agent options provides exceptional properties capable of covering off-notes in flavor and aroma common in products such as soy, vitamins and other ingredients. “This new masking technology allows beverage manufacturers to offer great tasting beverages no matter how complicated the finished drink beverage formula is” says Phil. It is also a gateway to allowing other flavors added on top of the formula to come through.
