4.5.2006 : FROM THE QA LAB: F.I. Receives Superior Score on AIB QSE Audit

Last week (3/30 & 3/31), Flavor Infusion scored a 97.5 out a possible 100 on an AIB Quality Systems Evaluation audit at it’s new San Clemente, California based labs and manufacturing. This two-day audit is the most comprehensive assessment of a company’s total quality systems. In addition to food safety, the QSE audit focuses on a variety of programs including Employee Training, Quality Improvement, and Food Security.

This unusually high score reassures our customers that they are working with a company that demands unmatched quality standards. For all prospective customers, this is just another perk to working with the best flavor company in the world. Flavor Infusion stresses premium quality and this superior score on such an extensive audit, sets a new gold standard for our industry.

Hats off to Katie Pitts, Director of Quality Assurance, and Steve Klehr, Director of Operations, for all their hard work and dedication in keeping Flavor Infusion on the leading-edge and one step ahead of competition. According to the auditor, this score is the highest she has given in a long time. This score included the highest grade in Food Security that she has ever issued to a company.
